Frequently Asked Questions

1. How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days and delivered in 3–5 working days across most of India. Remote areas may take up to 7–8 days.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹499. A small fee of ₹49 applies for orders below ₹499.

3. Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pin codes.

4. How do I track my order?

Once shipped, you’ll receive an SMS/email with a tracking link so you can check your order status in real time.

5. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

6. What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted only for wrong or defective products, and the request must be made within 3 days of delivery with a valid unboxing video.

7. Do you allow product exchanges?

Yes, we allow exchanges only if the product is wrong or defective. One exchange per order is permitted.

8. How are refunds processed?

Refunds are credited to the original payment source within 8–15 working days after return approval. For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI.

9. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship only within India. For bulk or export inquiries, please contact us directly.
